The undergraduate medical education curriculum in psychiatry at the University of Iowa Carver College of Medicine consists of a required clinical clerkship, which can be completed in either Iowa City or Des Moines. Our department also provides medical students with an ever-growing selection of elective clerkships, including extensive opportunities for research.
