As you are likely now aware, Cody Ching has accepted the role of Clinical Department Administrator in Emergency Medicine. He will begin his transition at the end of the month, and continue to help on some projects as we work to fill his position. We wish Cody the best in his new role, and thank him for his years of service and many contributions to the Stead Family Department of Pediatrics, and to the organization as a whole. We are glad to be keeping him in the University of Iowa Health Care system.

As we navigate this transition, Stefanie Pirkl, Human Resources Director of Pediatrics, has agreed to assume the interim CDA responsibilities until the position is filled. Many thanks to Stefanie for her willingness to serve in this additional capacity.
