Sydney Walker, Biochemistry BS senior, working in the laboratory of  Dr. Lori Wallrath has been awarded a Student Employee of the Year Certificate of Distinction.  Of the 8,000 student employees on campus, 68 were nominated and Sydney ranked among the top 7 nominees. Sydney is praised for her care of living research organisms during COVID shut down, research efforts on muscular dystrophy, dependability, and positive attitude towards her job.
