    Typhoon 8600 Phosphoimager

Autoradiography is performed at the Small Animal Imaging Core when paired in vivo and in vitro analysis is desired. The Typhoon 8600 Phosphorimager is used for quantitative autoradiography and consists of a scanner, instrument control software, and a variety of imaging screens. The instrument scans samples using three different scan acquisition modes: storage phosphor mode, fluorescence mode, and chemiluminescence mode.
