The Carver College of Medicine, College of Pharmacy, College of Public Health, Institute for Clinical and Translational Science and VA Health System Research Week events are set to take place Tuesday, April 13 through Thursday, April 15 on the health sciences campus of The University of Iowa.
The 2010 event recognizing health science research at Iowa will focus on genetics. Following that theme, organizers have scheduled nationally and internationally known researchers to present during the week.
Two separate poster sessions will also be held with one competition for medical and graduate students and one competition for post-doctoral fellows and staff. Each poster session will award prizes of $350. Poster registration may be done through this website beginning February 1, 2010.
