- Referral laboratories are carefully selected for the quality of laboratory services, cost effectiveness, and efficiency of service.
- Commercial laboratories are interfaced with Information Network for Online Retrieval and Medical Management (INFORMM), which provides for easier reporting and shorter turn-around-time.
- To order a Commercial Mailout test, refer to the Pathology Services Laboratory Handbook for the test name, look for the designation Commercial "Mail-out" Lab.
- The Order Form will specify the requisition to use.
