Delivery Instructions:
Wrap specimen in aluminum foil to protect from light.  
Deliver to laboratory immediately after collection.

    0 - 1 month                  1.0 - 3.5 mg/L
    2 - 5 months                 2.0 - 6.0 mg/L
    6 months - 1 year            3.5 - 8.0 mg/L
    2 - 12 years                 5.5 - 9.0 mg/L
    13 + years                   5.5 - 18.0 mg/L

Gamma-Tocopherol (Vitamin E)       0 - 6.0 mg/L
Comments:
Sample requires an overnight (12 hr) fast.  Patient should not consume 
alcohol for one day prior to blood draw.  Avoid hemolysis.  Includes 
both Alpha-Tocopherol and Gamma-Tocopherol.
