Vicky Melzow October 24, 1952 – November 2, 2006

Vicky joined the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in 1987 and became a medical secretary to the Oncology team.  One aspect of her job that really motivated her were the annual Head and Neck Conferences held in June that she managed for over 10 years.  Even during her illness she carefully attended to the course participants and speakers.

Vicky was the devoted mother of her daughter Tana Marie and her dog Riley James.
