This service provides specific Mac support to all Carver College of Medicine personnel. Our Mac support staff will troubleshoot and resolve I.T. issues elevated to them from the Health Care Information Systems Help Desk. Support personnel will prioritize requests and facilitate the most efficient and effective solution to your I.T. issues. Specific duties include, but are not limited to:
- On-site installation or replacement of hardware, including computers, peripherals, and other application-specific devices
- Software installation and repair
Staff is available 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday through Friday.
