Presenting on our campus
For questions about presenting in our facilities, visitors should contact our Audio Visual Services group for assistance.
Wireless Internet Connectivity
Wireless internet connectivity on campus varies depending on where you will be in the hospital or in University buildings outside of the hospital. Visitors requiring wireless access in University buildings outside the hospital will need to obtain a guest ID. Guest IDs can be obtained from Information Technology Services.
For wireless access in the hospital, use GuestNet, a wireless network that does not require a username or a passord. UIHC patients, visitors, students and staff with wi-fi enabled portable computers, PDAs, and smart phones are welcome to use GuestNet to connect to the internet. All patient rooms have wired GuestNet access. GuestNet does not provide access to any University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics resources other than those normally available via the internet.
For any issues not related to presenting or wireless access, please contact IT Project Management. They will assess the best way to assist and get you in touch with the right people.
