Steven G. Steine, M.A., C.A.D.C., is a SCY (Strengthening Communities for Youth) Case Manager and Adolescent Family Therapist at the Adolescent Health and Resource Center. Steve provides Strengths Oriented Family Therapy (SOFT) to substance abusing adolescents and their families in Johnson County. He is a contracted employee with the University of Iowa from MECCA (Mid-Eastern Council on Chemical Abuse) in Iowa City. Mr. Steine has worked at MECCA since August of 1996 and served as Adolescent Outpatient Supervisor and Adolescent Outpatient Counselor.
