 Photo of Amy Mason Amy Mason received her B.S.W. in Social work and minor in Psychology (1995) from the University of Northern Iowa.  Amy was born and raised in Iowa City.  She completed all course work for a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology in 2000 from Trinity International University in Deerfield, IL.  Course work was in family therapy approach to treatment.  She has worked with children and adolescents for 15 (youth ministry as well) in some variety of behavioral/mental health capacity, residential treatment, group/family therapy, individual therapy, and youth programming.  Currently her primary focus is with adolescents age 12-18 providing substance abuse screening and mental health assessments.  Amy has been with the AHRC for 1 year.  Her interests include long walks with her three toddlers, swimming, and baking desserts.
