Marlene Field, Project Secretary for the Institute for Strengthening Communities, joined the team of Dr. Hall’s research study, Iowa Case Management Project in 1997. Previously she had worked for the Department of Defense in southern Germany, Massachusetts, and North Carolina. Marlene graduated from Southeastern Community College and attended the University of Maryland.
