The STEPPS Model for Borderline Personality Disorder

STEPPS (Systems Training for Emotional Predictability and Problem Solving) was developed at the University of Iowa as an adaptation of Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and appears to be an effective and practical approach to treating borderline personality disorder.
