Adult Work Plan Form

There are different forms to use for the Child Program and the Adult Program. Both forms are Word documents which must be saved on your computer. These are the main documents that describe the program(s) for which funding is being requested. 

Budget Form

This is an excel spreadsheet document which must be saved on your computer. This is where the proposed budget will be detailed. 

Budget FTE Worksheet

This form can be used to assist in figuring FTEs for the budget page.The Excel form can be saved to your computer.

Funding Allocations for SFY 2008

Not available at this time.

NOTE: In working on your budget, it is advised that you anticipate the same dollar amount as last year (SF2007), however, it is possible that this will change (hopefully not by much) as the number of agencies applying for these funds this year may not be identical to last, and there may be some change in the overall grant amount as well. DHS should have this information finalized by early April, and if so, it will be posted on this site. If not, submit for the same budget as last year.
