    Research

To determine the localization and distribution of OT-1 CD8 T-cell transgenic eGFP memory cells during Listeria monocytogenes infection in splenic and liver tissues by confocal microscopy.

To determine Influenza virus nucleoprotein prime-boost regimens using dendritic cells or PLGA microspheres to develop strategies for heterosubtypic immunity to Influenza virus. Determine the qualitative differences and distribution of NP147 CD8 memory T-cells after boosting with Vaccinia virus or Listeria monocytogenes that express full-length influenza nucleoprotein in BALB/c mice. Determine the effect of these differences during challenge with PR8 influenza virus.

To determine localization and distribution of Plasmodium yeolii CS280 tg T-cells during Plasmodium yeolii infection by confocal microscopy.
