Online conference registration
The
registration fee will include conference materials and
sessions, Wednesday opening reception, daily continental
breakfast, am/pm breaks, and Thursday and Friday
lunches.
Cancellation requests
must be postmarked by June 15.
Registration will be refunded less a $75 processing
fee. No
refunds will be made after June 15.
