The Carver College of Medicine participates in scientific education for several undergraduate degree programs hosted within other colleges. BS programs with degrees conferred by the Carver College of Medicine include: Clinical Laboratory Sciences, Nuclear Medicine Technology and Radiation Sciences.
Through partnerships with several other UI colleges, the Carver College of Medicine offers programs of study for combined degrees of DPT/PhD, MD/MBA, MD/MPH, MD/PhD, MD/JD.
The Carver College of Medicine graduate programs blend education in the classroom, training in the laboratory, and the development of a wide set of career and professional skills. Our programs help graduate students prepare for successful careers as researchers, educators, and future leaders of the international biomedical workforce.
The graduate program in physical therapy and rehabilitation science offers a unique learning environment with resources available to complement the missions of excellence in teaching, research and clinical service.
The MD program offers a vital, dynamic curriculum mindful of the needs of a changing society. The program offers distinction tracks in humanities, research, service and teaching.
The Master's in Medical Education degree seeks to develop a community of academic medical faculty with formal training in education. A certificate program in Medical Education is also available.

The Medical Scientist Training Program (MSTP) provides training for both the MD and PhD degrees in an environment that integrates graduate research training with clinical studies.
