The Doris Duke Clinical Research Fellowship (DDCRF) Program is designed to provide medical students the opportunity to explore careers in clinical research.
Each year the University of Iowa DDCRF enrolls between seven and nine medical students. While at Iowa, fellows receive a stipend of $28,000 to conduct clinical research under the mentorship of an established UI investigator. Fellows are carefully matched with outstanding clinical researchers to ensure a positive and productive experience. Medical students from any U.S. medical school may apply.
The University of Iowa is one of twelve medical schools nationwide designated to host a Doris Duke Clinical Research Fellowship Program.
