Research Summary
Clinical Interests: International health issues as well as the unique health related issues of immigrant, foster and adopted children and their families. Medical Director of the newborn nursery. Issues as they relate to the care of the newborn. Cultural competency. Research Interests: Co-investigator for the "Study for Future Families," which is a multicenter prospective clinical study designed to assess the extent to which current levels of phthalates in the environment pose a risk to human reproductive health, as well as effects on the development of the urogenital system in infants. Co-investigator for the "Emergency Treatment Center Management of breastfeeding Problems in Newborns."
