Research is focused on microRNA (miRNA) expression and post-transcriptional gene regulation in endometrial cancer. Current research projects include quantitative expression of more than 650 human miRNAs in both endometrial endometrioid adenocarcinoma and endometrial serous adenocarcinoma; identification of the targets and function the microRNA miR-888 in endometrial cancer cell lines; and the role of microRNAs miR-135a and miR-135b in the Wnt signaling pathway in endometrial cancers.
