Protein Crystallography Facility

  • Protein Crystallography
  • About the Facility

X-ray crystallography is the primary method for determining atomic resolution three-dimensional structures of biological macromolecules. The goal of the facility is to provide the necessary infrastructure and support for individual investigators, especially those new to crystallography, to undertake structural studies. We provide facilities and training for:

    • Protein Characterization
    • Crystallization
    • Diffraction Data Collection and Processing
    • Structure Determination and Analysis
    • Molecular Modeling
    • Small Angle X-ray Scattering
