Independent Education Evaluation Service

Our Independent Education Evaluation Service provides information to parents and the local education team to create a more effective education program for the child. Among the children we see are those with ADD, ADHD, dyslexia, and other specific learning disabilities. Other common diagnoses include behavior disorders, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, and mental retardation. This evaluation is authorized and paid for by the child's intermediate education agency. In Iowa, this is the Area Education Agency (AEA). In neighboring states, the name of the agency will vary.
