Education Department

At the Center for Disabilities and Development Education Department, we work with individuals and families to determine a child's:

Diagnosis: What is making it hard for a child to succeed in school?

Strengths and needs: What does the child do well in school? What is difficult?

Then, working with the child, the family, and staff from the child's school, we develop strategies to help the child succeed. We also work with staff from LEAs (local education agencies) and AEAs (area education agencies).
