Biosciences Program Faculty performing Gene Therapy research

Gene Therapy research at Iowa has fostered a series of interdisciplinary interactions between diverse basic and clinical research laboratories with impromptu and formal exchanges of information and ideas. It is the Center for Gene Therapy's intention to convey a sense of the excitement inherent in the field of gene therapy to researchers and students considering Molecular Medicine as a discipline for research careers. The Center helps to facilitate this mission through a number of specialized research cores and seminars series.
