Biosciences Program Faculty performing Cell Biology research

Research in the dynamic field of cell biology at the University of Iowa spans all of the participating programs and departments in the Biosciences Program. On-going projects range from exploring the mechanisms of vesicle trafficking to the control of stem cell differentiation. Students interested in cell biology will find faculty working with a wide range of systems from cultured human cells to mouse, fish, and yeast model systems.
