    The Joe L. Parkin Memorial Lecture on Aging was endowed by a gift from the Retirement Research Foundation of Chicago, Illinois, in memory of Joe Parkin, a former president of the Foundation who attended The University of Iowa. The lecture focuses on aspects of research, practice, or policies that affect the older adult population.
