    The Center on Aging has been involved in a variety of clinical research including brain imaging studies of cerebral blood flow and novel treatments for mild cognitive impairment (MCI), cognitive testing and brain imaging in older cancer survivors, multiple collaborative studies of antipsychotic management for behavior problems in dementia, treatment studies of neuroprotective agents and experimental interventions for Alzheimer’s disease (e.g., immunoglobulin G for Alzheimer’s dementia) and most recently directing a site for the Alzheimer’s Disease Neuroimaging Initiative (ADNI).
