    Research Interest

I have been working on a project related to ErbB2-induced mammary tumor initiation and metastasis. Recently, our lab identified a novel factor CD177 which is differentially expression in tumors derived from different tumor-originating cells (TICs). I am interested in developing novel genetic mouse model of CD177 and studying its role in ErbB2-induced mammary tumor initiation, using both transplant and spontaneous mouse models of human breast cancer.
