Scientific Exhibit/Essay Guidelines

An application for submission of a scientific exhibit or essay must be completed and sent, with a postmark of on or before March 2, 2009.

Exhibits:

• You must provide your own viewboxes and extension cords.
• Table space allowed is 6' x 15"
• Free standing exhibit space allowed: 6' x 4'

Essays:

• Slides or projector may be used to show figures, diagrams, etc.
• Four copies of essay and illustrations (3 with no identification) must be submitted no later than March 2, 2009. Copies of slides or radiographs to be used do not have to be submitted. Please include facsimile of contents.
