Modality Application Process

Students must complete a modality at the UI.  Except for the distance education CVI, CT and MRI courses, students need to apply to, interview, and be accepted to one of the modality programs.  The optional VI, CI, CT and MRI clinical internships also require an application/selection process.  Each program or internship varies in length, admission requirements, start date, and maximum number of students selected. All programs are full-time, include supervised clinical education, and are scheduled for approximately eight hours per day. Vist the individual program web pages by selecting the program of interest from the left side NavBar for additional information.
