Batch analysis is performed three times per week (Monday, Wednesday and 
Friday).  Sample must be received by 1100 for same day serve on those 
days; specimens received on weekends and holidays will be held until 
next scheduled run.

Instructions:

Place requisition into outside pocket of bag.
Place specimen into zip-lock type bag, seal bag.
Place coolant packs into styrofoam container.
Coolant packs up to 8 hours.
