Preferred minimum adults:
   8 mls whole blood collected in two 6 ml pink EDTA tubes
    (need 4 mls plasma from collection)
Absolute minimum pediatric:
   4 mls whole blood collected in 6 ml pink EDTA tube
    (need 2 mls plasma from collection)
1.5 ml whole blood - Pediatrics
Delivery Instructions:
Deliver to laboratory immediately after collection.  Critical frozen.

Protect specimen from light.

Specimen must be delivered to Specimen Control so that it can be frozen 
within 15 minutes of time of collection.
