Minimum:


Submit scotch tape prep.


Rejection Criteria:


Use of nontransparent scotch tape (frosted tape).


Delivery Instructions:


Transport the slide in a sealed ziplock bag.


Specimen
Instructions:


Press the adhesive side of the clear cellophane tape firmly against the 
right and left perianal folds, then attach the tape to a clean glass 
slide. Remove any tape that extends beyond slide. Clear tape must be 
used, not Magic transparent tape.
