Minimum:

Minimum: 4 mL lavender EDTA or yellow ACD whole blood
Absolute Minimum: 2 mL lavender EDTA or yellow ACD whole blood

Blood Spots: Three blood spots collected on the "Schleicher and Schuell 
903 Paper" at ambient temperature.
   Note: 1. Do not expose specimen to heat or direct sunlight.
         2. Do not stack wet specimens.
         3. Keep specimen dry.

Specimen must arrive at reference laboratory within 96 hours of 
collection.

Delivery Instructions:

Submit specimen to laboratory as soon as possible after collection.

Testing Schedule:

Test performed on Mondays at reference laboratory.
