Minimum:

Collect FOUR 6 mL pink top (EDTA sprayed) tubes; muscle tissue:  100 mg

Rejection Criteria:

Sample MUST arrive in laboratory by 1500.  Sample MUST be mailed to 
referral laboratory on the day of collection; specimen not viable for 
more than 24 hours.

Do not collect the day before a holiday.

Analytic Time:

4 weeks

Reference Range:

No mutation detected.
