Don't want to ride the bus to class every morning? Don't want to wait for the bus after class every afternoon? Don't want to spend time buying groceries, cooking, or cleaning up*? YOU DON'T HAVE TO.
The Phi Rho Sigma medical society still has a limited number of openings in its house, located at 117 Ferson Avenue in Iowa City (a five minute walk to the Carver College of Medicine), for the 2009-2010 academic year. In addition to its excellent location, the house offers 13 meals per week, parking**, in-house laundry facilities***, high speed internet in each room, an in-house exercise room, and a great communal living environment. Rent for a single occupancy room, which includes the aforementioned amenities and all utilities, is $525 per month. Housing is co-educational; there is no rush, pledge season, or hazing. Social, philanthropic, educational, and athletic opportunities occur regularly throughout the year.
Prospective tenants are invited to contact daniel-kaplan@uiowa.edu or stop by the house for further information.
Sincerely,
Daniel Kaplan****
