Annual Holiday Feast seeks to bring students together
Thursday, October 31, 2013
The Carver College of Medicine Student Government is hosting their Annual Holiday Feast on November 4th from noon to 1:30 p.m. in the MERF atrium. The event is reserved for medical and physician assistant students, so all attendees should bring their student ID’s to ensure admission.
Student Body President Wanakee Carr said the purpose of the feast is to bring students together for a great meal and entertainment. But still, according to Carr, the key to a successful Holiday Feast is a great meal and the tasty turkey and satisfying stuffing should be a hit yet again with attendees.
The CCOMSG has seen an increase in student participation every year since they started hosting the Annual Holiday Feast. As a result, they’ve stretched this year’s budget to accommodate at least 250 medical and PA students.
