Spragg recognized as outstanding educator

Matthew Spragg, DO, clinical assistant professor of emergency medicine, has been named an outstanding educator by the Carver College of Medicine. Spragg was presented with the honor during the college's Medical Education Celebration Day on Thursday, November 7.
The Oustanding Educator Awards are presented annually and seek to recognize excellence in the instruction of students in the fields of medicine and the biomedical sciences. Each year, one course director from each of the college's departments is nominated and presented with the award highlighting their dedication to the training of the next generation of health and science professionals.
